Parliamentary Work

We work with people affected by epilepsy to ensure their voice is heard by policy and decision makers in government. We also brief politicians and their researchers about epilepsy issues so they can ask Parliamentary Questions and hold Members Debates. Epilepsy Scotland provides the administration (Secretariat) for the Scottish Parliament’s Cross-Party Group on Epilepsy on behalf of the JEC (Joint Epilepsy Council of the UK and Ireland).
Epilepsy Scotland is continually working together with like-minded organisations and people with epilepsy to make our voice heard and the issues that affect us raised.
