Employers' Best Practice Certificate
Employers have the opportunity to apply for a Best Practice Certificate. The Certificate shows the organisation has policies in
place for recruiting and supporting someone with epilepsy.
The employer simply confirms that the organisation meets our Disability Discrimination Act checklist for epilepsy. We then send the Certificate.
Both employers and employees can nominate their organisation for our Best Practice Certificate. The Certificate lasts for 12 months from the date an organisation applies.
