Epilepsy Scotland provides a confidential Helpline (0808 800 2 200) and email information service enquiries@epilepsyscotland.org.uk to anyone affected by epilepsy.  On our website we have information specifically for people who have been recently diagnosed with epilepsy.  There is also a section on first seizures as people often contact us looking for more information on this.
