With very little statutory funding we rely on donations to enable us to continue our vital work. Every donation you make is vital in ensuring our services continue.

Virgin Money Giving sends your donations straight to us and reclaims Gift Aid (where donors indicate that they are eligible) automatically on your behalf. If you are a tax payer your donation could be worth even more without any extra cost to you, by simply completing this Gift Aid Declaration form and returning it to us at the address below.  For every £1 you give to Epilepsy Scotland we can reclaim an additional 25p of tax.  Until 5 April 2011 we can reclaim a further 3p transitional relief.  This means that £10 from you can be worth £12.80.
